CSR should be more than a Marketing campaign, it should be actions too!

CSR is not a tagline, or some nice sounding goals that your business is going to reach in the next 20 years. True corporate social responsibility is making choices today which reflect that your business cares more about its customers and their communities then your next big raise.

Corporate Social Responsibility shouldn’t just be something you’re shooting for. It should be actions you are taking right now to improve the lives of your employees, customers, and communities you operate in.

My point is CSR can be so much more. It can be more than statements of good intentions that will someday be met. CSR could be authentically wanting to make the world we live in a better place today. Putting people and planet first, then profit.
